基于个性化修学方案激发学生兴趣的探讨

摘　　要：大学生对专业的学习兴趣是提高学习效率的一个重要因素。激发学生对专业的兴趣是值得高校管理者和教师认真思考的问题。本文提出一种利用个性化修学方案来激发学生兴趣的思路。该思路通过建立覆盖专业多、就业面广的大系或大学院，由教学科研团队建立多个专业方向。然后由大学生自己基于兴趣爱好制定个性化修学方案。允许学生自己选择专业，自己确定专业方向和自己制定修学计划。On University,students’ professional interest in learning is one of important factors to improve the learning efficiency.How to stimulate student’s interest in learning professional courses is worth considerate by a college administrators and faculty.This paper proposed a method to explode student’s interest.In this method,every student draw up his/her university learning scheme according to his/her interest.If in one university there are such as one school of department which holds lots of majors and the teaching and research teams establish a number of professional directions,students are able to develop a personalized study plan based on their own interests.Students can choose what major to study,what courses to learn.
