摘　　要：植物抗旱基因是植物在干旱胁迫下减少或免受胁迫损伤的保护机制。本文综述了大麦抗旱基因的种类、功能、结构以及基因的诱导和表达。同时总结了大麦抗旱基因在育种工程中的应用,以期为大麦的抗旱性遗传改良提供理论依据。The drought - resistant gene of plant is a kind of protective mechanism that it can reduce or avoid stress damage when the plant is in drought tolerance. The article reviewed types , structures, and functions of the drought - resistant gene of barely and its in- ductions and expressions. In addition, it sums up applications of breeding engineering about drought - resistant gene of barely, in or- der to provide a theory basis on genetic improvement in stress resistance of barely.
