摘　　要：线损四分管理是供电企业节能增效的一项重要工作。提出了一种线损四分管理项目后评价方法,该方法利用专家评分构造判断矩阵和采用层次分析法,结合线损四分管理指标体系,建立了相对海明公式评价模型。最后对贵州某地区供电局的实际数据进行了计算分析,结果显示该方法对线损四分管理项目后评价结果是可靠的。The four-division line loss management is an important way for energy saving and effectiveness enhancing of power supply enterprises. This paper presents a post-evaluation method of the four-division line loss management project. Using a judgment matrix created with ratings of experts, adopting AHP and according to the evaluation indicator system of management project, the method sets up an evaluation model with relative Hamming distance. Finally, this post-evaluation method is applied to deal with the actual data of a power supply bureau in Guizhou province, and it is proves that the method is reliable.
