瘦素与慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期营养不良相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清瘦素（leptin）与慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者营养状况的关系。方法测定50例AECOPD男性患者（营养不良组25例、非营养不良组25例）及25名正常人（正常对照组）的leptin水平，并分析leptin与理想体重百分比（NBW）、体重指数（BMI）、三头肌皮褶厚度（TSF）、上臂中点肌肉周径（MAMC）、血清白蛋白（ALB）的相关性。结果AECOPD营养不良组、AECOPD非营养不良组leptin水平均明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01），AECOPD营养不良组leptin水平明显低于AECOPD非营养不良组（P〈0．01）。两组leptin水平与NBW、BMI、TSF、MAMC、ALB均无相关性。结论leptin与AECOPD患者营养不良无关。Objective To observe the relationship between serum leptin and nutritional status in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive puhnonary disease （AECOPD）. Methods Nutritional parameters, including normal body weight （ NBW ）, body mass index （BM1） , triceps skin - thickness （TSF） , mid - upper arm circumference （ MAMC）, serum albumin （ ALB）, serum leptin were determined in 25 healthy controls and 50 AECOPD patients （ divided into two groups： 25 patients in malnutrition group; 25 patients in normal nutrition group）. Results Serum leptin levels were evidently higher in AECOPD patients than those in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Serum leptin levels were significantly lower in AECOPD malnutrition group than those in AECOPD normal nutrition group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Serum leptin was not significantly correlated with NBW, IBM, TSF, AMC and ALB in AECOPD. Conclusion Serum leptin is not significantly ton＇elated with malnutrition status in AECOPD.
