摘 要:利用农作物秸秆生产乙醇,由于原料来源广,不存在与民争粮,与粮争地的问题,是全球生物燃料乙醇的研究重点。由于秸秆的组成比较复杂,一般不易被降解,在发酵之前要进行预处理,预处理是利用秸秆生产乙醇的一个关键部分,预处理的好坏对后续的酶解和发酵有很大的影响。本文在分析农作物秸秆的组成后,对目前各种预处理方法进行了综述,并对利用秸秆生产乙醇的前景进行了展望,为选出合理的处理方法提供了依据。Because of its wide source of raw materials, there is no competition for food with humans, and land with food. Non-food fibers for fuel ethanol is the research priority of the global biomass fuel ethanol. Because of the complexity of the composition of straw and its difficult degradation, it must be pretreatmented before fermentation. Pretreatment is a key part of straw fermenta- tion to produce ethanol. Good or bad pretreatment has a great influence on the subsequent enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation. After understanding the composition of the straw, various pretreatment methods are analyzed and the prospect of the use of straw to produce ethanol is discussed. This provides a basis to elect a reasonable pretreatment approach in this paper.
