完善新生代农民工市民化的政策支持体系研究

摘　　要：新生代农民工市民化进程缓慢、困难重重,迫切需要政府政策支持。我们应以社会公正为理念支撑,以消除农民工遭受的社会歧视、实现人的全面发展为目标,以提升农民工市民化意愿和能力为重点,完善就业、户籍、社会保障、土地、教育培训、住房保障等方面的政策,全面构建促进新生代农民工市民化的政策支持体系。The progress of citizenization of new generation peasant workers is slow and faces many difficuties, so the government support system is needed urgently. For comprehensive building the policy support system to improve the citizenization of new generation peasant workers, social justice should be concept support, the aim should be to eliminate the social discrimination of new generation peasant workers and to achieve all - round development of man, the key point should be to improve the wish and the ability of the citizenization of new generation peasant workers and the policies as employment, household register, social security, land, education training, housing security,etc should be reformed.
