摘　　要：回答什么是信息、知识、信息与知识的关系等基本问题,并找到人类知识建构的基础,必须站在整个人类知识发生发展的基础上,从信息及其循环到知识结构建构的全过程来思考与考察。可以发现,知识产生于信息基本循环,知识是信息劳动的价值及其积累。知识结构的建构过程就是知识结构与其对象结构的同构化进化过程。Answer the basic question of information, knowledge, and their relationship, and then find a basis for the construction of human knowledge. Must stand the basis for the development of the whole of human knowledge, thinking and examine the problem of the relationship between information and knowledge from the information and its circulation to the whole process of construction in the knowledge structure. Can be found, knowledge generated in basic cycle of information. Knowledge is information labor value accumulation. Knowledge structure building process is isomorphism of evolution of knowledge structure and the object structure.
