摘  要:目的探讨控制损伤技术在矿山重症创伤中的救治效果及意义。方法将100例矿山事故中的危重创伤患者随机分为对照组50例(常规抢救治疗模式)、观察组50例(控制损伤技术抢救模式),对照两组患者抢救前后体温(T)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血小板(PLT)、乳酸水平变化;对照两组救治后死亡、致残发生率。结果两组患者救治前T、TT、PLT、乳酸(t=3.37、t=1.1、t=3.1、t=1.45,P均>0.05),两组各项指标比较无显著性差异。两组治疗后T、TT、PLT、乳酸(t=6.24、t=4.34、t=22.、t=5.45,P均<0.05),对照组治疗后病死率(25例,50%)、致残率(30例,60%);观察组治疗后病死率(5例,10%)、致残率(10例,20%),两组比较观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论控制损伤技术在治疗矿山危重创伤患者中,能够使机体内环境平稳,可有效抢救患者生命,降低死亡及致残率,效果确切。Objective Discussion on Control Technology in mine with severe trauma injury treatment effect and significance.Method 100 cases of accidents in mines in critically ill trauma patients were randomly divided into 50 cases of the control group(conventional salvage therapy mode),the observation group 50 cases(control injury technical rescue mode),control group two cases before and after body temperature(T),thrombin time(TT),platelet(PLT),lactate;control two group treatment after death,disability incidence.Result Two groups of patients before T,TT,PLT,lactic acid(t=3.37,t=1.1,t=.1,t=1.45,P 0.05),two groups of each index is compared no significant difference.In two groups after the treatment of T,TT,PLT,lactic acid(t=6.24,t=4.34,t=22,t=5.45,P0.05),the control group after treatment of mortality(25 cases,50%),disability(n = 30,60%);the observation group after treatment(5 cases,mortality rate 10%),disability(n = 10,20%),two groups compare observation group was significantly better than the control group,P0.05.Conclusion Control technique in the treatment of mining damage in critically ill trauma patients,can make the body environment is stable,can be effective in saving the patients lives,reducing death and disability,the exact effect.
