摘 要:在机械多目标优化设计中,各子目标之间经常是相互矛盾的,从而导致全局最优解很难获取,甚至无法求解。基于满意优化原理,将多目标优化问题转化为求解目标函数的最大满意度的新问题,提出了一种多目标满意优化的设计方法。利用满意优化的设计方法,降低全局最优解的求解精度,加快解空间的收敛速度,提高了机械优化设计的速度和质量,从而获得了良好的优化设计效果。通过某机械结构的优化设计实例,验证了设计理论的正确性和设计方法的可行性。In the mechanical multi-objective optimization design, the global optimum solution is usually hard to or unable to be obtained because sub-objectives are often incompatible one another. Based on the satisfactory optimization theory, a design method of multi-objective satisfaction optimization is presented and which solves the multi-objective optimization problem by seeking its most satisfactory degree. It can reduce the solution precision, quicken the rapidity of convergence, improve the design speed and quality and get a better design result by utilizing the satisfaction optimization design method. The validity and the feasibility of design method are verified by designing a mechanism.
