摘  要:介绍了一种数控机床主轴及主轴电机温度无线检测与控制系统。该系统采用CC2430单片机为控制射频芯片,选用数字温度传感器DS18B20为数控机床主轴及主轴电机、左右光栅温度的检测元件。采用IAR Embeded Workbench和LabVIEW开发了上位机温度无线监控程序界面,详细介绍了系统的设计过程及具体的实现方法。实验结果表明,该系统具有灵敏度高、实时性好、稳定、准确、操作简单等优点,为数控机床的加工精度及安全无故障运行提供了保证。This article introduces one numerically-controlled machine tool main axle and the main axle electrical machinery temperature wireless examination control system. This system uses the CC2430 monolithic integrated circuit for the control radio frequency chip, selects digit temperature sensor DS18B20 is the numerically-controlled machine tool main axle and the main axle electrical machinery, about the diffraction grating temperature detecting element. Used IAR Embedded Workbench and LabVIEW has developed the superior machine temperature wireless monitor routine interface, introduced in detail system's design mentality and concrete realized the method. The experimental result indicated that this system has the sensitivity to be high, timeliness good, stable, accurate, merits and so on simplicity of operator, and safe bonded the movement CNC machine tools for the machining accuracy and security to provide a guarantee for trouble-free operation.
