摘  要:介绍了光学相控阵技术的发展背景和工作原理,探讨了光束扫描(指向)控制存在的扫描机械问题及光学相控阵具有的功能优势,用仿真软件和实验来分别验证不等间距的光纤光学相控阵的特牲,论证了光真实时间延迟在宽瞬时带宽情况下的无"波束偏斜"特性,做了仿真一维二维相控阵远场分布图,但由于光纤阵列结构制作误差较大,使得符合不等间距理论与光纤相控阵现实难以实现,为光学相控阵技术的研究方向和应用前景提供实验依据。In this paper, the developmental background and operating principle of technique of optical phased -array is introduced; the mechanical problems of the beam scanning and the function superiority optical phased - array are discussed ; the characteristics of optical phased - array are verified with simulation software and exper- iments ; the features of non - beam deflection under the wide instant bandwidth with the real time - delay of lights are testified ; and also, the diagrams of interference distribution of one - and two - dimensional phased - array far fields are provided; however, because of errors in making optical fiber array structure, it is difficult to carry out the accordace of the unequal spacing theory with the reality of optical phased - array. Above all, this paper pro- vides some experimental basis for further study and application of this technique of optical phased - array.
