摘　　要：目的了解医科大学生吸烟、饮酒现状及其影响因素,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,抽取某医科院校在校大学生577人进行问卷调查。结果大学生吸烟率为8.0%,吸烟行为的主要影响因素为性别(OR=16.966)、饮酒状况(OR=2.793);饮酒率为42.1%,饮酒行为的主要影响因素为性别(OR=4.443)、吸烟状况(OR=2.793)。结论医学生吸烟率低于中国人群平均水平,饮酒行为普遍,应采取相应措施,促使大学生建立健康的生活方式。Objective To study the status and the influencing factors of smoking and drinking among medical students, in order to provide evidence for outlining intervention measures. Methods A total of 577 medical students were selected by the stratified random sampling method and investigated with an anonymous questionnaire. Results The prevalence of smoking was 8.0%, the main influencing factors of smoking were gender （OR= 16. 966） and alcohol drinking （OR=2. 793）; The preva- lence of drinking was 42.1%, the main influencing factors of drinking were gender （OR=4. 443） and smoking （OR=2. 793）. Conclusion Medical students＇ smoking rate was lower than the average level of the crowd, drinking behavior was in common, extensive and detailed corresponding measures was needed to improve the health life style.
