摘　　要：本文详细的给出了一种建立食品冷链追溯体系的方法，并针对蔬菜与肉类在运输过程中环节的差异，分别给出了蔬菜与肉类在冷链追溯中相应的追溯系统模型。同时还对冷链追溯过程中应用到的关键技术进行了阐述。本文给出的冷链追溯系统模型十分清晰，便于应用到食品冷链的实际操作过程中，对未来构建城市食品冷链追溯系统有着借鉴和参考价值。This paper gives a method to set up food cold chain tracing system, and aimed at the difference of transport links between vegetables and meat, respectively giving out the tracing system model corresponding food cold chain tracing system for vegetables and meat.And expound the key technology that used in the food cold chain tracing system. The cold chain tracing system model of this paper is given very clearly, suitable for application to actual operation process of the food cold-chain,and has a reference and value for building the food cold-chain tracing system in the future.
