摘 要:制冷压缩机是制冷系统的关键部件之一,它工作性能的好坏直接决定了制冷系统能耗的高低。对于运行中的制冷系统,外界负荷的变化要求压缩机的产冷量也要随之调节,以保证供需平衡,同时也节省了能量。分析了改变压缩机制冷量的各种输气量调节方法,对于不同类型的压缩机,应用在不同场合时,其选择输气量的调节方式是不同的,尤其对于能耗较大的冷冻和空调用冷场合。正确选择压缩机输气量的调节方法对于降低系统的能耗和提高系统的使用寿命是非常重要的。The refrigeration compressor is one of key components in refrigeration system. The working performance affects energy consumption of refrigeration system. For the operating refrigeration system, the cooling load providing by compressor should vary with the changing of system load, so as to ensure the supply and demand balance and save energy. Studies on different adjustment methods of input gases amount for changing compressor refrigerating capacity has been conducted. For different type compressor and different working conditions, different adjustment methods of input gases amount should be adapted, especially for the high energy consumption system of air conditioning and refrigeration. Reasonable choice of adjustment methods of compressor input gases amount is very important to reduce system energy consumption and improve system service life.
