《金匮要略》所论肺痿与肺间质纤维化关系的研究进展

摘　　要：目的:探讨《金匮要略》所论肺痿与肺纤维化关系。方法:论述《金匮要略》对肺痿的记载,从病因病机、病理形态、临床表现、治疗方法等方面指出肺间质纤维化与中医"肺痿"的相似之处。结果:肺间质纤维化应归属于中医的"肺痿"范畴。肺痿总属肺虚,其发病缓,病程长,预后不良,主张早期治疗,应以扶正为主,重视调补脾肾之本。张仲景关于肺痿的治疗对肺间质纤维化有指导意义。结论:中医理论与现代医学相结合,中医辨证与西医辨病相结合,治疗肺间质纤维化会取得更好的疗效。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and consumptive lung disease in Jingui Yaolue.Methods：The records on consumptive lung disease in Jingui Yaolue were discussed and the similarities between the pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and consumptive lung disease were pointed out from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,pathomorphism,clinical manifestations and treatment,etc.Results：The pulmonary interstitial fibrosis should be attributed to the category of consumptive lung disease in TCM.The consumptive lung disease belonged to the category of lung deficiency with slow onset,longer duration and poor prognosis.Early treatment was advocated which should maily supported the healthy qi and gave priority to the regulation and nourishment of the spleen and kidney.The treatment proposed by Zhang Zhongjing had guiding significance for pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Conclusion：The combination of Chinese medicine theory with western medicine as well as the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation of western medicine will achieve better results in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.
