中药加钽棒植入治疗塌陷前期股骨头坏死临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药加钽棒植入治疗塌陷前期股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:将塌陷前期股骨头坏死患者共48髋,随机分为两组。治疗组25髋,采用中药加钽棒植入治疗方法,对照组采用单纯钽棒植入,比较两者患者的临床效果。结果:两组患者均获得随访,以最后1次随访结果作为评价依据,两组患者均获得满意临床效果,但治疗组优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药加钽棒植入对塌陷前期股骨头坏死具有很好的临床效果。Objective：To study clinical effects on the treatment of pre-collapse osteonecrosis of the femoral head（ONFH） by traditional Chinese medicine and tantalum rod implantation.Methods：48 cases of patients with pre-collapse osteonecrosis of the femoral head were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（25 cases） was treated by Chinese medicine and tantalum rod implantation,while the control group was treated by tantalum rod implantation,and then clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results：Patients in two groups were all given a follow-up visit,and the follow-up visit result of the last time was deemed as the valuation basis.Patients in both groups achieved satisfied clinical effects,but the treatment group was superior to the control group and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The integration of traditional Chinese medicine and tantalum rod implantation has good clinical effects on the treatment of pre-collapse osteonecrosis of the femoral head.
