运用升降理论从脾肾论治慢性肾功能衰竭探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨运用中医升降理论为指导,从脾肾先天后天关系着手论治慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:运用中医理论详查慢性肾功能衰竭的病因病机,并提出治疗措施。结果:主张升降失常是慢性肾功能衰竭的主要机理,强调脾肾亏虚是导致慢性肾功能衰竭升降失常的主要原因。在治疗中主张调脾胃、疏肝、交通心肾是治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的重要原则。结论:以升降理论为指导从脾肾论治慢性肾功能衰竭取得满意效果。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of chronic renal failure with the guidance of the asending and descending theory from the relationship of spleen as the acquired foundation and kidney as the innate foundation.Methods：A detailed investigation of the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure was conducted by using Chinese medicine theory,and treatment measures were proposed.Results：It was advocated that disharmony of asending and descending was the main mechanism of chronic renal failure,and it was also stressed that the spleen and kidney deficiency was the main cause of disharmony of asending and descending of chronic renal failure.In the treatment,the important principle for the treatment of chronic renal failure was to regulate the spleen and stomach,regulate the liver,and harmonize the heart and kidney.Conclusion：The satisfactory curative efficacy of treating chronic renal failure can be achieved with the guidance of the asending and descending theory from the perspective of the spleen and kidney.
