摘　　要：目的:探讨现代中医药理论发展的创新研究方法。方法:通过分析中医药理论的来源及在不同历史时期的发展,论证了中医药理论的发展建立在中药的临床新用上;以"反治调平衡"学说和中药外治新用为切入点,阐述了现代中医药理论创新。结果:中药临床新用广泛,但缺乏归纳和系统研究;中药新用系统性分析,是发展中医药理论的突破口。结论:归纳、分析中药临床新用,是中医药理论发展的重要途径。Objective ：To explore the innovative research method of the development of modem Chinese medicine theories. Methods：It was verified that the development of TCM theory was built on the basis of clinical application of Chinese medicine through analyzing the origin of TCM theory and its development in different historical periods ;theory of ＂regulating balance by contrary treatment＂ and exter- nal treatment for the new use of Chinese medicine were regarded as the entry point to demonstrate the innovation of modem Chinese medicine theory ,which also was based on the research of new use of Chinese medicine. Results：New use of Chinese medicine in clinical presented wide trend, but it lacked summarization and improvement and the development of TCM was short of systematical research; sys- tematical analysis of new use of Chinese medicine was the breach of developing TCM theory. Conclusion：Summarization and analysis of new use of Chinese medicine is an important approach for the development of TCM theory.
