平乐正骨通腑逐瘀益气汤治疗脊柱骨折脱位术后腹胀、便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨平乐正骨通腑逐瘀益气汤对脊柱骨折脱位术后腹胀的临床疗疗效。方法:将201例脊柱骨折脱位术后腹胀、便秘的患者,采用双盲法分成两组。对照组99例单纯采用灌肠法治疗;治疗组102例在对照组治疗基础上加用通腑逐瘀益气汤(方药组成:人参6～10 g,麦冬10 g,生大黄(后下)5～10 g,芒硝(冲服)6～12 g,酒制大黄6～10 g,川芎12 g,桃仁10 g,枳实12 g,厚朴10 g,焦山楂、焦神曲、焦麦芽各20 g)治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的效果。结果:治疗组显效89例,有效11例,无效2例,有效率为98%;对照组显效70例,有效11例,无效18例,有效率为82%。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组疗效优于对照组,通腑逐瘀益气汤对减轻术后腹胀、便秘以及肠道功能恢复后再腹胀有明显疗效。结论:通腑益气逐瘀汤结合灌肠法治疗脊柱骨折脱位术后肠胀气、便秘效果显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Pingle Zhenggu Tongfu zhuyu Yiqi decoction in the treatment of abdominal distension and constipation after the operation of spinal fracture and dislocation.Methods：201 cases with abdominal distension and constipation after the operation of spinal fracture and dislocation were divided into two groups by double blind method.The control group（99 cases） was given enteroclysis,while the treatment group（102 cases） was given Tongfu Zhuyu Yiqi decoction（ginseng 6-10 g,Radix Ophiopogonis10g,Rhubarb（decocted later）5-10 g,Mirabilite（administered after dissolved）6-12 g,Wine system rhubarb 6-10 g,Ligusticum chuanxiong hort 12 g,Peach seeds 10 g,Immature bitter orange 12 g,Officinal magnolia bark 10 g,Charred triplet 20 g each）,based on the control group.The curative effects of two groups were observed after treatment.Results：In the treatment group,89 cases had excellent effects;11 cases were effective;2 cases were noneffective and the effetive rate was 98%.In the control group,70 cases had excellent effects;11 cases were effective;18 cases were noneffective and the effetive rate was 82%.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The treatment group is superior to control group for relieving distension and constipation after the operation distending once more after the reconery of gastrointestinal functions.Conclusion：Tongfu Zhuyu Yiqi decoction has a significant curative effect on abdominal distension and constipation after the operation of spinal fracture and dislocation.
