痰热清注射液治疗下呼吸道多药耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨痰热清注射液治疗下呼吸道多药耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将68例下呼吸道多药耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者均常规抗感染、化痰、扩张气道、营养支持对症治疗,必要时行无创或有创机械通气治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上予痰热清注射液20 mL加入质量分数5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静脉滴注,每日1次。疗程为10～14 d。结果:治疗组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为68.75%;治疗组细菌清除率为86.11%,对照组细菌清除率为62.50%,且治疗组抗生素应用天数明显少于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液治疗下呼吸道多药耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染疗效确切,安全性高。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy and security of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of multidrug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa infection of lower respiratory tract.Methods：68 cases of multidrug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa infection of lower respiratory tract were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were all given the conventional anti-infective treatment,treatment of resolving phlegm,dilating the airways and nutritional support for symptomatic treatment.If necessary,non-invasive or invasive mechanical ventilation therapy was given.On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group was given 20 mL of Tanreqing injection and 250 mL of glucose injection with a mass fraction of 5% for intravenous infusion,one time per day.The course of treatment was 10-14 d.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 91.67% and 68.75% respectively.The rate of bacterial clearance for the treatment group and control group was 86.11% and 62.50% respectively.The days of antibiotics application in the treatment group were significantly fewer than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Tanreqing injection is effective and safe in the treatment of multidrug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa infection of lower respiratory tract.
