摘  要:目的:探讨中医药治疗脾肾阳虚型腹水的临床疗效。方法:将60例脾肾阳虚型腹水患者随机分为两组,对照组以常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用实脾饮[方药组成:干姜、制附子各9 g,白术15 g,厚朴、草果各12 g,木香、木瓜、大腹皮各10 g,益母草、怀牛膝、车前子(包煎)、茯苓各3 0 g,炙甘草6 g]治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为76.67%;两组有效率经χ2检验有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:选用具有温养脾肾,行气导水之功的实脾饮加减治疗脾肾阳虚型腹水疗效显著。Objective:To discuss the clinical effects on the treatment of ascites of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60 cases of ascites patients of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was additionally given Shipi Decoction[composition:Zingiber officinale Rosc 9 g,Aconitum carmichaeli Debx 9 g,Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz 15 g,Magnolia officinalis Rehd 12 g,Amomum tsao-ko Crevostet Lemari 12 g,Aucklandia lappa Decne10 g,Chaenomelesspeciosa Nakai10g,Areca catechu 10 g,Leonurus japonicus Houtt 30 g,AchyranthesbidentataBl 30 g,Plantago asiatica(wrap-boiling) 30 g,Wolfiporia cocos 30 g,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 6 g] on the basis of the control group.Results:The curative effect rate of the treatment group and control group was 93.33% and 76.67% respectively;χ2 test was used to compare curative effect rate of both groups,and the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The addition and subtract of Shipi Decoction with the function of warming and nourishing spleen and kidney,circulating qi and dredgomg water has great curative effect in treating ascites of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.
