杜仲颗粒治疗妊娠合并慢性高血压患者胎儿生长受限临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨杜仲颗粒治疗妊娠合并慢性高血压患者胎儿生长受限的临床疗效。方法:将64例妊娠合并慢性高血压且胎儿生长受限的患者随机分为试验组32例和对照组32例,试验组给予杜仲颗粒5 g,每天2次。对照组按常规治疗。治疗前后B超监测胎儿生长情况,随访两组新生儿情况。结果:①试验组胎儿平均每周双顶径、股骨长、头围、腹围长度均明显增长,试验组增长优于对照组(P<0.05);新生儿1 min Apgar评分、体质量、胎龄均明显增加(均P<0.05)。②所有病例均未出现不良反应及胎儿畸形。结论:杜仲颗粒可有效改善患者胎盘血液供应,促进胎儿生长发育,明显改善围生儿结局。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of Dongzhong particles for the treatment of fetal growth restriction of pregnant women with chronic hypertension.Methods：64 pregnant women with chronic hypertension and fetal growth restriction were randomly divided into the test group of 32 cases and the control group of 32 cases.The test group was given the Eucommia particles 5 g,2 times a day while the control group was given the conventional therapy.The state of fetal growth was monitored with B ultrasound before and after treatment and follow-up visits were given to the newborns of two groups.Results：①The growth of the biparietal diameter,femur length,head circumference and abdominal circumference length of the fetuses in the test group was significant.The growth of the test group was superior to the control group（P0.05）;the 1 min Apgar score,body quality and gestational age of the newborns were obviously increased（P0.05）.② Adverse reactions and fetal malformations were not found in all the cases.Conclusion：Dongzhong particles can effectively improve the blood supply of patients′ placenta,promote fetal growth and significantly improve the outcome of perinatal infants.
