疏肝清胃汤治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏肝清胃汤治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:60例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者采用疏肝清胃汤内服和仙人掌外敷治疗。结果:痊愈42例,占70%,痊愈最短时间3 d;症状好转12例,占20%;无效6例,占10%,全组病例无1例发生乳瘘等并发症,平均愈合时间8.2 d。结论:疏肝清胃汤内服和仙人掌外敷治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎疗效较好。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Qingwei decoction in the treatment of lactation acute mastitis.Methods：60 cases of lactation acute mastitis were given Shugan Qingwei decoction for oral administration and cactus for external application.Results：42 cases were cured,accounting for 70% and the shortest healing time was 3 d;symptoms were improved in 12 cases,accounting for 20%;6 cases were not getting any better,accounting for 10%.No complications such as mammary fistula were found in all the cases and the average healing time was 8.2 d.Conclusion：Shugan Qingwei decoction for oral administration and cactus for external application can achieve better curative efficacy in the treatment of lactation acute mastitis.
