乳癖散合外敷方治疗乳腺增生病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳癖散合外敷方治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将54例乳腺增生患者随机分成两组,治疗组28例应用乳癖散合外敷方治疗,对照组26例用中成药乳癖消治疗。结果:疗效比较,治疗组28例中痊愈1例(3%),显效19例(69%),有效8例(28%),无效0例,有效率为100%;对照组26例中痊愈1例(4%),显效15例(58%),有效10例(38%),无效0例,有效率为100%,治疗组与对照组总体疗效比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组与对照组各组症状均有不同程度的改善,其中治疗组与对照组相比乳腺疼痛,乳房肿块,月经异常,性情异常等明显有所改善(P<0.05),整体症状有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:乳癖散合外敷方治疗乳腺增生病有明显疗效,对症状有明显改善。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of Rupisan combined with external application prescription in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods：54 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（28 cases） was given Rupisan and external application prescription,while the control group（26 cases） was given Chinese patent drug Rupixiao.Results：For the comparison of curative effect,in the treatment group（28 cases）,1 was cured（3%）;19 achieved excellent effect（69%）;8 were effective（28%）;none was ineffective,and the effective rate was 100%;in the control group（26 cases）,1 was cured（4%）;15 achieved excellent effects（58%）;10 were effective（38%）,and the effective rate was 100%.Patients′ symptoms in the treatment and the control group all had different degrees of improvement.Compared with the control group,breast ache,breast lump,irregular menstruation and unusual temperament in the treatment group was superior to the control group（P0.05）,and the whole symptoms had been obviously improved（P0.01）.Conclusion：Rupisan combined with external application prescription has great curative effects in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands,and can obviously improve symptoms.
