摘　　要：当前随着我国经济的不断发展,各类经济犯罪案件不同程度地上升,严重危害了国家的经济发展及正常的经济秩序,在办理经济犯罪案件过程中,追赃是侦查的重要任务之一,但实践中却是工作难点之一。文章在分析追赃的难点所在过程中,深入探索了不同阶段解决追赃难的方法,旨在提高实践中追赃的效果。With the current economic development in China, different kinds of economic crimes have been increasing, which harms both the economic development of China and its normal economic order. In dealing with the eco- nomic crimes, chasing and recovering dirty money or booty is viewed as one of the most important tasks of policemen; while in real detective work, it the most difficult task. In order to improve the efficiency in chasing and retrieving dirty money or loot in economic crimes, in this paper, the author analyses the difficulties in the task, puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
