摘　　要：通过典型示范和引领激励,以点带面推动全局工作,是我党的优良传统和行之有效的工作方法。针对当前我国社会阶层分化的背景,研究公安现役部队思想政治教育如何发挥先进典型激励作用,对于提高公安现役部队思想政治工作的针对性和实效性具有重要的作用和意义。Through the typical demonstration and leading incentive,point to an area to promote global work,is our party＇s fine tradition and the effective working methods.In view of the current our country social stratum differentiation background,the public security standing army ideological and political education how to play typical advanced incentive effect,to improve public security standing army the thought political work pointedly has important function and meaning.
