摘　　要：政治工作作为部队建设的生命线,要在打造消防铁军的建设中唱响主角,与时俱进,开拓创新,主动把培育铁军精神作为打造消防铁军的灵魂工程,要通过培育铁军精神来解决思想问题,扫清认知障碍,练就过硬本领。因此,思想政治教育工作如何有效地在打造消防铁军中发挥应有的作用就成为当前亟待研究解决的问题。文章从思想政治教育在"打造铁军"中的重要性、思想政治教育的原则和有效途径三方面进行分析研究。The political work,as the lifeline of the construction of troops,to make fire in the construction of the invincible army were leading role,keeping pace with The Times,pioneering and innovative,the initiative to cultivate invincible army spirit as the soul of the invincible army make fire engineering,by cultivating invincible army spirit to solving thinking,clear the cognitive impairment,excellent practice ability.Therefore,the ideological and political education work how to effectively build fire in tiejun play their due role will become to be an urgent problem.This article from the ideological and political education in the ＂build invincible army＂,the importance of ideological and political education principle and effective way to study three aspects to carry on the analysis.
