痛点阻滞在老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:有效的缓解老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折所引起的疼痛。探讨是否有经济方便的缓解老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折所引起的疼痛的方法。方法:收治骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折老年患者134例。采用痛点阻滞治疗每周1次,4次1个疗程,分别观察术后2天、1周、2周、3周患者的疼痛缓解情况。并随访6个月后患者的疼痛情况及生活质量。结果:随着治疗次数的增加,大多数患者疼痛逐步缓解。4次治疗后患者的VAS评分从5～10分下降到0～3分。结论:痛点阻滞治疗能有效的缓解老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疼痛,且治疗费用低廉,无需昂贵的医疗器材。Objective： To effectively alleviate pain resulted from vertebral body compres- sion fracture（VCF） in aged osteoporosis and explore how to economically and convenient- ly relieve the pain. Methods： Totally 134 senior osteoporosis patients with VCF treated in the department from Apr. 2009 to Feb. 2012 were treated with pain spot blockage once a week （four times as a course of treat- ment） to observe pain alleviation two days, one week, two weeks and three weeks after operation in order. Furthermore, their pains and living quality within six months were verified in the follow - up visits. After treat- ment four times, their VAS score dropped from 5 - 10 to 0 - 3. Results ： Most patients showed further alleviation as they were trea- ted many more times. Conclusion：Pain spot blockage treatment effectively alleviates pain of vertebral body compression fracture in aged osteoporusis and it has low expenses and even needs no expensive medical instru- ments.
