摘　　要：目的:探讨老年高血压的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:收治老年高血压患者80例,根据老年人自身的特点制定个性化治疗方案,研究观察其疗效。结果:高血压在老年人中临床症状更明显,发病率高、控制率低,心脑血管合并症发生率也明显增高。了解这些特点,对降低死亡率,以及预防、治疗有着重要意义。结论:老年高血压以收缩压升高为主,降压治疗在降低心脑血管事件中起重要作用。Objective： To explore the clinical features and treatment of senile hypertension method. Methods： in 2010 January to 2011 November of 80 cases of elderly patients with hypertension as the research objeet,ac- cording to the characteristics of elderly peo- ple develop individualized treatment pro- grams. Study on the curative effect observa- tion. Results： hypertension in the elderly in the elinieal symptom is more apparent, high incidence, low rate of control, cardiovascular and cerebrovaseu]ar c.omplieation rate also inereased significantly. Umlerstanding of these characteristics, to reduce mortality, prevention,and treatment is of grea＇ signifi- cance. Conclusion ： elderly hypertension with elevated systolic blood pressure, antihyper- tensive treatment in reducing eardiovaseular events play an important role in.
