纤维支气管镜在双腔支气管插管中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维支气管镜在双腔支气管插管中的应用价值。方法:收治择期胸外科手术患者76例,男50例(65.8%),女26例(34.2%),男女之比1.92:1。年龄16～79岁,平均55.8岁,均静吸复合全麻,借助纤维支气管镜进行插管。结果:76例患者均顺利一次性成功插管,患者变换体位后,纤支镜检查发现双腔管位置发生变动8例(10.5%),其中过深5例,过浅3例,经过纤支镜矫正均达到标准位置。结论:纤维支气管镜既引导双腔支气管插管达到准确的位置,使手术的安全性大大提高。Objective ： fiberoptic bronchoscopy dual chamber bronchial intubation in the ap- plication value. Method：choose our hospital in November2009 to April 2012 elective tho- racic surgery in 76 cases of lung, the male 50 cases, accounting for 65.8%, female 26 patients （34.2%）, the men and women of the ratio 1.92：1. Age 16 to 79 years old,an average of 55.8 years old, all use composite static suck anesthesia with the aid of the fi- beroptic bronchoscope in intubation. Re- sults：76 cases are all well one- time suc- cessful intubation, patients after change po- sitions, fine a mirror findings double cavity tube position changes occurred in 8 cases of 10.5% ,of which is too deep in 5 patients, and a shallow in 3 through a mirror to stand- ard Jiao Zheng Jun fiber position. Conclu- sion ：fiheroptic bronchoscopy is double cavi- ty bronchial intubation guide to accurate po- sition, make of the safety of the operation is greatly increased.
