自拟利喉开音汤超声雾化治疗慢性喉炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察并评价自拟利喉开音汤超声雾化吸入治疗慢性喉炎临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用自拟利喉开音汤超声雾化吸入治疗,对照组用红霉素、地塞米松雾化吸入治疗,全部病例随访3个月。结果:对比观察两组疗效,治疗组60例,治愈30例,有效25例,无效5例,总有效率91.7%;对照组60例,治愈21例,有效24例,无效14例,总有效率75.0%,两组总有效率比较,P<0.05。结论:自拟利喉开音汤超声雾化吸入治疗慢性喉炎疗效优于单纯传统治疗方法。Objectives ： Obsmwation and evalu- ation on throat open tone with ultrasonic nebulization inhalation to treat chronic lar- yngitis clinical curative effect. Methods ：120 patients were randomly divided into treat- ment group and enntrol group, treatment group on throat open sound soup ultrasonic atomizing inhalation therapy, the control group with erythromycin, dexamethasone in- halation treatment,all patients were followed up for 3months. Results： the observed and compared between the 2groups, 60 cases in the treatment group30 cases were cured,ef- fective in 25 cases, ineffective in 5 cases, the total efficiency ：91.7 % ; control group of 60 cases：21 cases were cured, effective in 24 cases and 14 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of two groups：75% ,total efficien- cy comparison of P 〈 0.05. Conclusion ： the self- made with throat open sound soup ul- trasonic nebulization inhalation to treat chro- nic laryngitis curative effect of traditional treatment method,has a better clinical prac- tical value.
