血液供需紧张的原因分析及对策探讨

摘　　要：《中华人民共和国献血法》实施14年来,我国无偿献血事业得到了快速发展,近年来,由于医疗用血量迅速增加,血液供需之间的矛盾日益突出。通过大力发展团体献血、选准特定无偿献血宣传招募人群、建立无偿献血的激励机制、建立无偿献血各种队伍、灵活多样的无偿献血宣传和招募模式与措施和加强血站内部科学管理,可以解决血液紧张状况。Since the government promulgated Blood Donation Law of the People＇ s Repub- lic of China in 1998, unpaid blood donation in China has made rapid development. In re- cent years, due to the sustained growth of clinical demand, the problem of blood sup- ply has been prominent. The paper amied to solve the lack of blood supply, and put sev- eral measures such as a great development of group blood donation, accurate choice of recruitment,taking the incentive measures of blood donation, establishing a stable volun- teer blood donation troops, carrying out more various of recruiting forms and enhancement of scientific management.
