摘 要:介绍了一种改进型C型结构永磁组件。利用计算机仿真技术对组件磁路进行仿真,在此基础上实际制作了永磁组件,并测量了气隙中心平面均匀区的磁感应强度。仿真分析及实验结果表明,在主磁体侧面添加适当的辅助磁体,不仅扩大了磁场均匀区的范围而且提高了气隙磁感应强度。按这种结构制作的永磁组件在8mm气隙中心平面的110mm×20mm均匀区内气隙磁感应强度达到0.82T。This paper describes an improved C-type permanent magnet assembly. Magnet circuit was validated and optimized by simulation technology. A practical permanent magnet assembly was made, and uniform magnetic induction intensity in air gap was tested. The results of both simulation and experiments showed that the uniform working region is enlarged, and uniform magnetic induction intensity in air gap is improved by adding proper assistant magnets to main magnets. Magnetic induction intensity of the permanent magnet assembly is up to 0.82T in the uniform working region of 110mm×20mm.
