城市化加速时期的新城发展研究

摘　　要：新城崛起是城市化发展到一定阶段的经济社会现象。目前,中国城市化发展已经进入加速时期,新城在全国各地兴起,并且在城市化过程中发挥着重要的作用。对英国、法国、美国的新城建设模式进行了分析,对国外新城建设的成功经验和特点进行了归纳。认为中国在新城建设过程中应该把握六个重点:城市规模的适度、城市功能的完善、城市品质的提升、城市个性的彰显、城市文化的传承和城市生态环境的保育。New town rising is the economy and social phenomenon in the period of urbanization development. At present, Chinese urbanization has entered an accelerating period. New town rises across the country with the accelerating development of urbanization, and plays an important role. This paper has studied new town construction patterns of Britain, France and the United States, and has summarized the successful experience and characteristic of foreign new town construction. This paper argues that China should grasp six key in the process of new town construction, which including the modest size of the cities, the improvement of urban functions, the promotion of urban quality, the highlight of urban personality, the heritage of urban cultural, and the conservation of urban ecological environment, etc.
