摘 要:综合传动装置换挡开关电磁阀的关键结构参数对换挡平顺性和机动性特性具有重要影响,采用多目标模拟退火优化算法基于多学科仿真软件AMESim,以换挡开关电磁阀的开启延迟时间、关闭延迟时间和电磁力为目标建立了多目标优化模型,对换挡开关电磁阀的主要结构参数开展多目标优化设计.结果表明:开启延迟时间由2 ms降低到1.7 ms;关闭延迟时间由1.9 ms降低到1.56 ms;电磁力由28 N提高到36 N.The on-off shift solenoid' s key structural parameters have great influence on the power shift steering transmission' s smoothness and flexibility. This paper builds the multi-objectives optimization model by the multi-subjects software AMESim. The optimization of the solenoid' s key structural parameters uses the start-delay time, close-delay time and the magnet force as the multi objectives with the Multi Objective Simulated Annealing method. The results show that the start-delay time is reduced from 2ms to 1.7ms. The close-delay time is reduced from 1.9ms to 1.56ms. The magnet force is increased from 28N to 36N.
