摘 要:通过对风扇调速传动偶合器失效后残骸的观察、测量、试验及分析,找到了其失效的主要原因是,紧固件——碗型锁垫内爪疲劳损坏及泵轮轴螺纹旋向与风扇旋向一致,造成了泵轮轴组件的轴向固定失控,从而引起涡轮叶片、风扇叶片的断裂,及箱体的撕裂;并提出了相应的解决方案.经10 000 km的跑车试验证实解决措施有效.Through the observation, measurement, test and analyses of the fan speed-regulating drive coupler' s debris after failure, the failure was caused mainly by the fatigue damage of the fastener, inside bowl-type ring claw. Besides, the rotary direction of pump wheel shaft is identical with that of the fan, which results in the uncontrollability of axial fastening of pump wheel shaft unit. Therefore, the breakage of turbine blades and fan blades is caused, as corresponding solutions are addressed and they well as the tearing of the case body. In the article, the are proven effectively during the prototype test.
