摘 要:试验旨在研究饲料粉碎粒度中几何平均粒度的快速测定法,包括适合于粉状原料、猪鸡饲料、淡水鱼饲料的几何平均粒度的快速测定方法。采用十四层筛法(ANSI/ASAE S319.4-2008)和四层筛法测定了多种饲料原料、粉状猪鸡饲料、粉状淡水鱼饲料的几何平均粒度,并用两种回归方法对两种方法测定的结果进行相关系数分析,结果表明,用四层筛法测定并用回归公式5、公式6、公式7、公式8分别计算所适用饲料的几何平均粒度的方法与十四层筛法测定饲料的结果相比,测定方法简单、快捷、成本低,精确度在可接受的范围。故可以替代十四层筛法,并在生产企业推广应用。The aim of this trial was to study the fast determination of geometric mean particle size of feed, including pulverized raw materials,poultry and pig feeds, and aquatic feeds. The geometric mean particle size of many samples of pulverized raw materials,poultry and pig feeds,and fresh water fish feeds were tested by 14-sieve method (ANSI/ASAE S319.4 2008) and 4-sieve method,the correlation coefficients between the results by the two methods were analyzed. The results showed that the geometric mean particle size of feed determined by 4-sieve method and calculated by the regression formula 5,6,7 and 8, respec tively,compared with the results by 14-sieve method,the measuring method was simple,fast,with low cost,and the accuracy in acceptable range. Thus,the 14-sieve method could be replaced by 4-sieve method and be promoted in the application of enterprises production.
