加氢-抽提组合工艺制取环保型芳烃油

摘　　要：以减四线抽出油为原料,采用加氢处理-溶剂抽提组合工艺,生产出符合欧盟标准的环保型轮胎用芳烃油。在缓和加氢的工艺条件下将稠环芳烃饱和率控制在40%～50%之间。再在抽提温度60℃,剂油比2.5∶1的条件下经过浅度糠醛抽提后,使产品PCA值达到3.0%以下,CA>12%,是优良的环保型轮胎用芳烃油。针对目前各工业上生产环保芳烃油工艺的不足,这里采用的加氢-抽提组合工艺,具有收率高,原料适应性强等优势。Using furfural extract oil of vacuum cut four line as raw material, a rubber filling oil according with European Union standard, environmental protection aromatic oil used in production of tires, was produced by hydrogenation-extraction combination process. In the process condition of moderate hydrogenation, PAHs saturation rate was controlled in the range of 40%-50 %.Then after light furfural extracting under the conditions of temperature 60 ℃ and mass ratio of solvent to oil 2.5 ： 1, PCA of the product was below 3.0 %, and CA was above 12 %, all of the other indexes complied with the requirement of environmental-friendly aromatic oil. The hydrogenation-extraction combination process has high yield, strong adaptability to raw materials and other advantages.
