摘  要:建立了一种高效液相色谱法,同时测定混剂中多杀霉素和吡虫啉的含量。使用C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,以甲醇和乙腈为流动相,在250 nm波长下,同时分离16%多杀.吡虫啉悬浮剂中的多杀霉素和吡虫啉。结果表明,多杀霉素和吡虫啉的线性相关系数分别为0.9983和0.999 4,标准偏差为0.021 7和0.051 7,变异系数为1.06%和0.37%,平均回收率为99.98%和100.10%。A method was established for simultaneous determination of spinosad and imidacloprid in spinosad + imidacloprid 16% SC by HPLC.With C18 column and diode array detector,in the mobile phase of methanol and acetonitrile,imidacloprid and spinosad in the mixture were separated at 250 nm.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients for spinosad and imidacloprid were 0.998 3 and 0.999 4,standard deviations were 0.021 7 and 0.051 7,coefficients of variation were 1.06% and 0.37%,and the average recoveries were 99.98% and 100.10%,respectively.
