2010年柳州市艾滋病自愿咨询检测者的特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解柳州市疾病预防控制中心自愿咨询检测(VCT)门诊求询者的社会人口学特征、求询原因及阳性求询者分布,发现不同人群的求询特点和可能的感染途径,为今后VCT门诊进一步发展提供建议。方法对2010年VCT门诊求询者个案记录资料,采用EXCEL和SPSS 13.0进行数据统计分析。结果 1 103名求询者中,男性多于女性,年龄集中于25～45岁的青壮年。求询原因以非商业非固定性伴性行为、注射吸毒和配偶阳性为主。对VCT门诊求询者进行艾滋病病毒(HIV)初筛,发现95例HIV抗体阳性者。结论 VCT门诊的求询者存在较高的积极性和主动性,利于工作人员及时发现HIV抗体阳性者,能够更早期地进行咨询和干预活动。Objective To illustrate socio-demographic characteristics of clients of VCT clinics, their HIV positive status and possible routes of HIV transmission in Liuzhou in 2010, so as to make proposals for further improve- ments. Methods VCT clients＂ information in 2010 in Liuzhou was collected, and EXCEL and SPSS 13.0 were used for statistical analysis. Results Male VCT clients doubled of that female; the majority of VCT clients were aged from 25 to 45 years~ the top three reasons for seeking VCT were sex history with casual sex partners, HIV positive couple/fixed sex partners and injection drug use~ 95 cases of HIV infections were reported from VCT clinics. Con- clusion VCT clients had high initiative and willingness to seek VCT service, and VCT clinics play an important role in identifying HIV infections, and contribute to early counseling and intervention.
