摘  要:MnOx低温烟气催化脱硝技术已成为烟气脱硝领域的研究热点,也是具有较好应用前景的NOx低温催化脱除技术之一。鉴于当前Mn系复合金属氧化物催化剂体系应用于烟气净化存在的诸多问题,综述了以MnOx复合金属氧化物催化剂载体的选择,活性成分对脱硝性能的影响和水蒸气、SO2毒化作用机理及其抗水抗硫性能。在此基础上,提出了Mn系催化剂在工业应用中尚需解决的问题,为进一步优化出抗水抗SO2的Mn系复合金属氧化物催化剂提供一些借鉴意义。MnOx low-tempreture flue gas catalytic denitrification has become a research focus these years,it's also an NOx catalytic removal technology with good application prospect. In view of the fact that Mn-hased composite metal oxides catalysts have many problems in the application of flue gas purification, this paper summarizes a selection of the complex metal oxides catalysts carrier with MnO~ as the main active component and the promoter ~ to the denitration performance. In addition,the poisoning effect of Mn-based composite metal oxides catalysts by steam and SOz and its summarized. On this basis, the paper water-resistance as well as sulfur resistance is also not only discusses several problems in the industrial application of Mn catalysts but also puts forward some useful suggestions for the further research of anti-water and anti-SO2 Mn complex metal oxides catalysts.
