摘 要:在水平管式炉上通过在线烟气分析仪研究了O2/CO2气氛下生物质混合比例、温度、燃烧气氛及氧浓度对生物质混煤SO2排放特性的影响规律。结果表明,O2/CO2气氛下,随着生物质混合比例的增大,生物质混煤SO2释放峰值减小,SO2排放完毕的时间减少,SO2的排放量降低;随着温度的升高,生物质混煤SO2的排放量增加。O2/CO2和O2/N2气氛下随着氧浓度的增大,生物质混煤SO2的排放量均增加。相同氧浓度时,O2/CO2气氛下生物质混煤SO2的排放量略小于O2/N2气氛下的情况,其降低幅度约为5%左右。The SO2 emission characteristics in O2/CO2 atmosphere were investigated in a horizontal tube furnace using flue gas on-line analyzer while the effects of biomass mixing proportional, temperature, combustion environments and O2 concentration on SO2 emission were studied. Results show that in O2/CO2 atmosphere, with the increase of biomass mixing proportional, SO2 concentration decrease, SO2 emission time reduced and SO2 emissions decrease; with the increase of temperature, SO2 emissions increase. Both in O2/CO2 and in O2/Nz atmosphere, with the increase of oxygen concentration, SO2 emissions increase. the same O2 concentration, SO2 emissions were always lower about 5% in O combustion than those in O2/N2 combustion.
