摘　　要：存款准备金管理是基层央行重要工作之一,为了更好的履行央行职能,加强存款准备金管理,本文立足于存款准备金相关文件规定,分析实际工作中面临的具体问题,从而提出切实可行的对策。The deposit reserve management is one of the substratum central bank＇s important work, in results of which, this paper analyses the specific problems in practice and proposes some feasible countermeasures based on relative documents and rules, so as to better the central bank functions and lead to the deposit reserve management enhancement.
