对金融支持农业产业化龙头企业的调查与思考——以吉林省通化市为例

摘　　要：2012年3月6日,国务院发布了《关于支持农业产业化龙头企业发展的意见》(国发[2012]10号),农业产业化龙头企业在促进农业发展、带动农民增收、保障农产品供给、维护市场稳定方面作用越来越突出,效果越来越明显。为了解当前金融支持农业产业化龙头企业现状,我们以通化市为典型案例进行了相关调研。调查显示:金融支持农业产业化龙头企业成效明显,但制约因素尚存。Since the suggestions on support to the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization has been issued by the State Council,Leading enterprises have played an increasingly prominent role on promoting agricultural development, increasing farmers＇ income, protecting the supply of agricultural products and maintaining market stability, and also the effect is more and more obvious. In order to find out the current financial support for the status of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, we carried out related research on the typical case of Tonghua.
