我国优秀篮球裁判员执裁能力评价体系的构建及其实证研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、特尔菲尔、层次分析及数理统计等方法构建我国优秀裁判员执裁能力评价指标体系,并采用调查量表的形式对陕西省7名优秀裁判员执裁能力进行实证。构建出的4个一级指标和12个二级指标评价体系,具有较高的内部一致性,研究结果表明:陕西省篮球裁判员的执裁能力整体处于良好水平,部分裁判员在心理素质等方面还有待加强。With adoption of literature review, Delphi method, AHP and mathematical statistics,the evaluation system on Chi- nese Elite referee＇ s ability was established and 7 referee in shan- xi province were tested. It was revealed that the internal consistency of 4 first grade indexes and 12 second grade indexes was high. The referees ability in shan- xi province was good. Some referees need to be more aware of the psychological quality.
