某院门诊处方合理用药国际指标分析

摘　　要：目的了解本院合理用药状况,探索促进本院合理用药的工作模式。方法采用合理用药国际指标方法,对本院2010-01～2011-12门诊处方和3 d门诊就医患者进行调研,并统计分析。结果处方指标中,平均用药品种数为2.63种,抗菌药物使用率为24.17%,注射剂使用率为22.48%,基本药物使用率为56.95%,药品通用名使用率为85.85%。患者关怀指标中,平均就诊时间10.86 min,平均调配时间2.98 min,实际药品调配率为89.90%,药物标示完整率为93.60%,患者了解药品正确用药率为93.00%,平均就诊药品费156.69元。结论本院大多数指标控制较好,但基本药物使用率、实际药品调配率、平均就诊药品费等方面有待于提高和进行干预。Objective To study the rational drug application in the hospital, and explore the promotion of rational drug application work patterns in the hospital. Methods The prescriptions of outpatients service from January 2010 to December 2011 and patients of outpatient service medical in 3 d were investigated and statistical analyzed. Results In the prescription index, the average number of drug application was 2. 63, and antimicrobials application rate was 24. 17% , application rate of injection was 22.48% , and the basic drugs utilization rate was 56.95%, drug of generic utilization rate was 85.85%. In patients care index, the average time of treatment was 10.86 min, the average time of drug procurement was 2.98 min, the actual drug procurement rate was 89.90% , drug sign complete rate was 93.60% , the rate of patients know about the drug treatment and medication was 93.00%, the average medical expenses of drug was 156.69 yuan. Conciusion Most index of the hospital is well controlled, but the actual drug procurement rate, average medical expenses of drug and basic drug application rate should be improved and intervened.
