摘　　要：军事技能教员队伍建设是一项关系到军事人才培养和国防现代化进程的基础性工程。必须加强技能教员队伍建设,从思想上锤炼其爱岗敬业、甘于奉献的高尚品质,通过建立和完善各项制度,充分调动一线技能教员教学积极性,并通过"三支队伍"建设不断提高教员队伍素质,增强教员队伍活力和发展后劲,为培养高素质新型军事人才打牢军事技能教学基石。The buildup of military skill- teacher contigent is an fundamental project, concerning the cultivation of both military - talent and national - defence modernization. It＇ s of great importance to strengthen the buildup of skill - teacher contigent and foster their noble character of devotion and dedication. Arouse the teachers＇ enthusiasm by establishing and perfecting the system. Improve the teacher＇ s quality and enhance their＇ s energy, and stamina during the development of the three - contigents. It will lay a solid foundation for training the new - type and high quality military talents.
