关于正确处理研究生与导师关系的思考

摘　　要：研究生教育采用导师制,研究生与导师的关系是影响研究生教学质量的重要因素。针对培养全面发展的高层次创造型人才的目标,对研究生与导师之间存在的一些普遍问题进行分析,从消除不满情绪、经常联系导师、争取导师信任以及注重自我展现等四个方面对研究生如何融洽的处理与导师的关系提出建议。Tutorial system is adopted to educate the graduate students. The relationship between the graduate students and their tutors is the key factor to influence the teaching quality of the graduate students. For the aim of bringing up comprehensive and creative personnel, the common problems existing between the graduate students and their tutors are analyzed. In order to harmoniously handle the relationship between the graduate students and their tutors, the following four aspects are discussed： overcoming the dissatisfaction of the instructor, contacting with the instructor frequently, winning the trust of the tutors and displaying their own abilities.
