摘　　要：信息化条件下军事课程改革与创新,是新时期军队院校教育教学和人才培养领域一项涉及面很广、影响深远的系统工程。针对当前军队院校军事课程教学与我军信息化转型建设发展的新要求、军事高等教育发展的新趋势、部队军事斗争准备的新形势还不相适应的问题,从军事变革需求、人才培养目标、科研先导作用、现代教学规律、集约高效原则等角度,提出准确定位突破方向、大力优化课程设置、全面革新内容体系、科学采用教学方法、合理运用教学手段等基本思路和主要对策,为搞好军事课程改革与创新提供参考。The military course reform and innovation under the information - based condition is a system project involving far and wide and having profound influence on college education and the fostering of talented personnel. In the light of the new request of the academy＇ s military course teaching, our army＇ s information - based transformation construction, the new trend of higher military education and the inadequacy of the army＇ s military preparation for the new situation. We suggest fixing accurately the direction of breakthrough, optimizing course - offering, reforming all the content, scientifically adopting teaching methods, rationally using teaching means etc, from the angle of the need of military transformation, the talent cultivation goal, the guiding role of scientific research, the modem teaching law, intensiveness, high efficiency, etc. so as to provide reference for the reform of military course and innovation.
