摘　　要：通过阐述绿色物流的理念和分析目前传统采购管理中的问题,提出了绿色物流理念下的采购管理措施,包括:树立绿色物流理念、强化自律行为、供应商的绿色化管理、物料的选择与运输、采购员的内控与绩效评估。In this paper, we proposed the measures of purchasing management under the principles of green logistics, including erecting the principles of green logistics, reinforcing self-discipline, green supplier management, material selection and transportation, internal control and performance evaluation of purchasing personnel.
